The urgency of solving and resolving problems of the quality of bribery is due to the need to combat corruption crime, including by bringing persons, corruption crimes, to criminal responsibility with the subsequent imposition of punishment. Thus, a comprehensive analysis of the problems of qualifying bribery is of great importance for criminal law, improving criminal legislation, law enforcement practice and the anti-corruption system.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
