Methods for Selecting Intermediaries for Transportation of Cultural Property

The choice of an intermediary is a very important problem in the supply chain management process. Correctly conducted selection helps to reduce the cost of purchased goods or services, improve quality, reduce risks and deliver the product or service on time. A special area with high risks is the transportation of cultural property that is of particular cultural and historical importance. This paper identifies methods for choosing an intermediary in decision-making and considers the main areas of research in the field of methods for choosing an intermediary. The features of working with values, restrictions, risks and other accompanying procedures were considered. The portrait of the company for the transportation of cultural property and the range of services that the company-executing should be was determined. Criteria that affect the quality of the services provided for the transportation of cultural property have been compiled. Methods for choosing an intermediary for the transportation of cultural properties were formed and substantiated: the analytic hierarchy process method and the method of fuzzy preference relation. Was described the sequential order of calculations from the above methods. The volume of the master's thesis: pages - 77, figures - 10, tables - 14, a list of literary sources - 81, annexes - 8 to 8 pages.
