Law, as a regulator of social relations, was an integral part of society and could not be separated from other spheres. There is a growing need to understand the relationship between the law and new technologies. Law, science and technology are closely intertwined in judicial activities in today’s world. In the information age, everyone who plays a role in the justice system must improve their knowledge, both within and outside the profession. Thus, information technologies tend to increase globally and thus have a great impact on all areas of society. The law of evidence is also changing in response to the needs of modern society. This work focuses on the study of the legal nature of electronic evidence in arbitral proceedings. The author of the thesis explained the importance of amending the current procedural legislation in order to make it clear to the court how to assessed and examine the case file in which electronic evidence is presented.
