Specific Features of Criminal Proceedings in Relation of Minors

The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, three chapters, eight paragraphs, a conclusion and a bibliography. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the selected topic, shows the degree of its elaboration, sets the goals and objectives of the research, defines the object and subject of the research. The first chapter "Legal regulation of pre-trial proceedings in criminal cases against minors" studied the historical experience of the formation and development of pre-trial proceedings in criminal cases against minors, and also considered some federal laws that regulate issues related to proceedings in criminal cases against minors currently. In the second chapter "Implementation of preliminary investigation in criminal cases against minors", a list of circumstances to be established in criminal cases against minors is determined, the specific procedure for conducting investigative actions with the participation of minors is studied, the features of the use of measures of coercion against juvenile suspects and accused and termination preliminary investigation in criminal cases against minors. In the third chapter, "Judicial proceedings in criminal cases against minors", the concept of legal proceedings in relation to minors, its goals, defines the essence and objectives of criminal proceedings against minors. Also revealed some features of the trial in criminal cases against minors and problematic issues that arise during its conduct. In the conclusion, the main conclusions obtained as a result of the study are presented. The total amount of the research is 62 pages.
