This work analyzes the implementation of patient-centered approach tools in public and private medical organizations of the Russian Federation. A high relationship has been proven between patient satisfaction and the level of adoption of patient-centered tools in health care delivery. In addition, it has been proven that private medical organizations are now much more patient-oriented than public ones. In addition to the analysis, the work also formulates the main methodological recommendations for the implementation of measures for the implementation of a patient-centered approach in the system of a medical organization of any type.
