The Problem of Using Digital Tools in Internal Communications

This master's thesis analyzes the relationships between the use of online internal communication tools in certain organizational contexts and employee satisfaction with these online tools and internal communication systems in general. The work is intended to contribute to the understanding of these mechanisms and the introduction of more correct management decisions in relation to VC systems. As a research method, the author uses a survey as a method of quantitative analysis of the relationships between the above-mentioned variables.
