The Structure of Communication Networks as a Condition of the Quality of CSR Projects

Annotation. The master's thesis was carried out in assessing the effectiveness of CSR programs. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between the level of development of partner regional organizations and the quality of the projects they have implemented in the "Formula of Good Deeds" program. The study examines the experience of evaluating communications in Russian and Western big business and examines the relationship between communications and the quality of project activities in similar cases. The object of research is the practice of social design among regional NGOs and budgetary institutions related to the SIBURA grant program. In this master's thesis, a regional network of social institutions in the city of Tobolsk was built. Using the methods of network analysis, it was possible to assess the influence of communication factors on the activities of the institutions in question. Key words: CSR, SNA, social investments, regions.
