The Analysis of the Influence of the Financial Architecture's Components on the Company's Performance Efficiency

This study is devoted to assessing the impact of financial architecture on the performance of Russian corporations. The work uses an approach based on a comprehensive analysis of the impact of the financial architecture components. Hypotheses are tested on the basis of data on Russian corporations in the real sector of the economy, included in the ESG rating, from 2018 to 2020. To substantiate the relationship between the financial architecture and the company's performance, the following parameters were analyzed: return on assets, which reflects operational efficiency; Q-Tobin, reflecting the company's investment attractiveness and an indicator of the strategic effectiveness (EVA). As a result of this study, the determinants of the efficiency of Russian corporations were identified and a strategic efficiency model based on the concept of financial architecture was implemented.
