In this graduation work, the main elements of compensation for harm in the framework of compulsory social insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases are being investigated. This study consists of an introduction, a main part, and a conclusion. The introduction describes the goals, objectives, relevance of the study, practical significance, methodology, object and subject of the study. The main part of the study is divided into three chapters. The first chapter examines the conceptual elements of mandatory social insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases. The second chapter examines the features of compensation for harm to victims of industrial accidents and occupational diseases. The third chapter is devoted to the problems of implementing the legislation on compulsory social insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases and the analysis of judicial practice. In conclusion, the results of the study are presented.
