Principles of justice are the fundamental foundations of judicial power and reveal the essence of judicial proceedings, its characteristic features, and determine the content of various types of judicial proceedings. The author conducted a study, which included a historical and legal analysis of the principles of justice in order to determine the unity of the judicial system and determine the key directions of the development of judicial proceedings
