Prejudice as a Ground for Exemption of Proof in Civil Procedure

Within the framework of this study, theoretical and practical issues related to one of the grounds for reversal burden of proof - prejudice, are analyzed in detail. The analysis of prejudice realization is carried out, the objective and subjective metes and bounds of prejudice are highlighted, as well as the differentiation from related categories. The essentiality to improve the efficiency of legal regulation of prejudice is especially pointed out in connection with certain problems of its implementation, the means of overcoming them are proposed.
