Corporate agreement in Russian civil law

In the field of legal regulation of the corporate agreement, there are many problematic and controversial issues, the solution of which is important for the successful application of this institution in practice. The purpose of the final qualifying work is to analyze the main features of the corporate agreement in Russian civil law, as well as problems arising in the process of its conclusion and execution. The work analyzes the concept, reveals the content of the corporate agreement, and also gives a description of the parties to the corporate agreement. The author determines the relationship between the corporate agreement and the charter, examines the general ways of protecting the parties to the corporate agreement. Along with this, the work considers special methods of protecting the parties to a corporate agreement. Based on the study, the author draws the conclusion about the prospects for the development of the institution of corporate agreement in Russian civil law, suggests ways of solving the problems identified during the analysis.
