The purpose of writing the final qualifying work is to research and study ways to protect intellectual rights in the territory of the Russian Federation, such as: means of individualization, the right to production secrets (know-how), objects of patent law, comparative legal analysis of intellectual property protection rights in the Russian Federation, in the countries of the European Union and in the United States, analysis of the role and influence of Russian, European, American courts on the protection of intellectual rights. The research methods used while writing the work are comparison, analysis, formal-logical, systematic approach, and other research methods. The expected results of the study are defining the concept of intellectual property rights protection, disclosing the characteristics and significance of subjects and objects of intellectual property protection, identifying gaps in the legislation governing intellectual property rights, identifying features in the regulation and protection of intellectual property rights in the European Union and the United States, as well as disclosure of the role of courts in the protection of intellectual rights. The work consists of introduction, three chapters, six paragraphs, conclusion, and list of the used sources.
