Annotation to the final qualifying work Topic: "Commercial concession agreement in the civil law of the Russian Federation" Key words: Commercial concession agreement, franchising, franchise, complex of intellectual rights, responsibility of the parties to the agreement. Object of study. Public relations arising in the field of civil regulation of commercial concession relations Subject of study. Norms of law that legally formalize the legal relationship between the copyright holder and the user, law enforcement practice. The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and a list of used literature. Introduction. The relevance of the chosen topic is substantiated, the goal and objectives of the research are formulated, the object and subject of the research are indicated. First chapter. The legal nature of a commercial concession agreement, concept and content, is revealed. The analysis of the formation and development of legal regulation of a commercial concession agreement is carried out. Second chapter. The elements of a commercial concession agreement are considered, namely, essential and other conditions, form and registration, the parties to the commercial concession agreement, including the rights and obligations of the parties. Third chapter. A comparative legal analysis of the responsibility of the parties is carried out. In particular, the procedure for changing and terminating a commercial concession agreement, the responsibility of the parties are considered. The conclusion contains the main conclusions and proposals aimed at increasing the level of legal regulation of the commercial concession agreement.
