Analysis of Social and Labor Responsibility of Business (Based on the Example of Coca-Cola HBC Russia)

This work is devoted to the consideration of such a social and labor instrument as the Well-Being program. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that Russian companies are not very familiar with wellbeing programs, their structure and purpose, and therefore they need recommendations for the management, assessment and audit of this project. The aim of the work is to analyze the current state of the Well-Being program at Coca-Cola HBC Russia, as well as make recommendations to improve its effectiveness and develop an audit methodology for its further application and assessment of the situation in the company. In the course of the research, the following tasks were accomplished: the concept of a Well-Being program, its main components and its value were studied; analyzed the level of development of the Well-Being program at Coca-Cola HBC Russia; an optimal budget was compose for the Well-Being program at Coca-Cola HBC Russia; developed key performance indicators of the Well-Being program for Coca-Cola HBC Russia; developed a Well-Being program audit strategy for Coca-Cola HBC Russia. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of applying the recommendations provided by the author in forming the optimal budget for the Well-Being program for Coca-Cola HBC Russia, as well as in fixing the recommended key performance indicators of the program, and applying the developed audit strategy.
