In this paper, we will study the institution of responsibility of the controlling person in the Romano-German and Anglo-Saxon legal families, in particular, we will conduct a comparative legal analysis of approaches to the responsibility of the controlling person in the Romano-German and Anglo-Saxon legal families, and we will also study bankruptcy and its current problems of the controlling person in the Romano-German and Anglo-Saxon legal families.
