The relevance of the topic of the bachelor's work lies in the fact that the construction of a marriage contract appeared in Russian legislation relatively recently - with the introduction of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. However, despite the growing popularity of the marriage contract in the Russian Federation and other states, the practical significance of this legal instrument remains poorly understood. The institution of a marriage contract is of particular importance, since it provides for the dispositive regulation of property relations between spouses. In the Russian Federation, the conclusion of a marriage contract is becoming more and more popular, however, the norms on a marriage contract seem to be insufficient for its harmonious regulation, which gives rise to a number of problems in interpretation and in practice, including in the judicial practice of the Russian Federation. Consequently, a detailed analysis of existing norms, their interpretation and application in judicial practice is required. The structure of the work is determined by its relevance, goals, objectives, object, subject and method. The bachelor's work consists of four logically related chapters, introduction, conclusion. The chapters are divided into paragraphs, allowing you to focus on the problems within a specific question about the institution of the marriage contract. The total volume of work is 70 pages.
