Legal regulation of medical care under European and Russian law

The presented work is devoted to the issue of regulation of medical care in the Russian Federation and the European Union. It traces the historical way of formation of medical legislation in Russia, which is represented by disparate normative acts that do not have a unified system. The analysis of the legislation of the European Union in the sphere of medical assistance is carried out, and the gaps in the legislation, which can be solved by adopting the experience of foreign countries, are revealed.
