Assessment of the Effectiveness of Venture Capital Financing

Venture capital investments are one of the main ways of financing young companies involved in innovative projects. As the number of innovative products grows every year, the volume of the global venture capital market is also increasing. However, this type of financing carries a high level of risk. The purpose of the study is to assess the effectiveness of venture capital financing using the developed integrated approach, which consists of two stages. Within the framework of the approach, modifications of project performance indicators used for venture capital companies and the CAPM model were proposed. This approach was used to assess the effectiveness of venture capital financing using the example of two innovative companies.
