This Master's thesis is devoted to a comprehensive study of the phenomenon of professional ethics of the legal services market participants. The author has carried out theoretical and comparative legal analyses approaches to examine ethical regulation of activity and implementation of professional responsibility of representatives of various legal communities in foreign countries, as well as analyzed the development of this process in the Russian Federation. According to the results, this paper claims the necessity of introducing the institute of Law firm's ethical infrastructure as one of the subjects of the market, and proposed a mechanism for its formation.
