Year of Graduation: 2021

In the past decade, inequality issues in advanced and emerging economies have remained relevant and gaining attention, as inequality is growing in a number of countries, with negative social consequences. A special place in this problem is associated with the deep polarization of society, increased property inequality, the inconsistency of the processes of socio-economic differentiation and their influence on the formation of the state's social policy in various spheres. As a result of the constant and uncontrolled growth of socio-economic inequality, the gap between the rich and the poor is widening and deeper. The growth of inequality in the level of material well-being has led to a deepening of inequality in access to various social resources, in the possibilities of accumulating and using human and social capital.
