Modeling and Analysis of Automation Systems Processes in Small and Medium-sized Business

This thesis discusses the main issues of automation systems in small and medium-sized businesses are offers an alternative solution in the format of a practical model. The main task is to develop an automation and data management system within the company using various ERP modules and machine learning algorithms. The system is also based on referral business models in the most common areas. The business logic of a company in the field of public catering is described as an example of such a model. For implementation, several major aspects that are addressed in the development of the system are studied. The paper considers and analyzes the existing ERP modules and selects the most applicable ones for business areas. A lot of documentation about recommendation systems and machine learning algorithms is also being studied. Last but not least, the modeling tool is selected for successful system and standardized model implementation. As a result, a cloud platform model is obtained that allows you to automate the most profitable business processes for specific models, and also provides predicting functionality to improve the efficiency of the company. The work is divided into several chapters: a description of the problem relevance and its current state, goals and objectives, a review of the current literature, a description and modeling of a standardized model example and modeling of the business automation system.
