Motivation Systems Of Medical Staff And Their Impact On The Medical Care Quality

The qualifying work is devoted to the study of the issues of motivation of medical personnel in Russia. Particular attention is paid to the factor of professional burnout, as a key element in reducing the quality of medical care. The author's research was carried out among medical workers in Moscow and the Moscow region and the rating of incentives was analyzed, including depending on the age of the respondents. At the end of the work, recommendations were made for building a motivation system in a medical organization to improve the quality of medical care.
