Mental health is an essential component of overall mental health. Good mental health is fundamental to an individual's well-being, helping to cope with temporary depression, increasing the ability to react to changing situations and helping to cope with inevitable difficulties. The urgency of the problem is also indicated by the number of digital products and the share of work with mental health. There are more and more solutions on the market to help you take care of your mental well-being. These services help combat stress, anxiety, increase awareness, and even heal trauma. However, not all market needs are met and not all niches are occupied. Moreover, the Russian market for digital solutions for working with mental health began to actively develop relatively recently. This is why the decision was made to start working on a mental health product. The master's thesis aims to create a prototype of a digital product in the field of maintaining the mental well-being of employees. Chapter 1 provides an overview of the mental health problems of company employees. Chapter 2 provides an overview of the mental health products market. Chapter 3 describes the direct design of a product prototype. Chapter 4 discusses the further development of the project.
