Managing The Legal Function: a Project-Based Approach

The master's thesis examines the theoretical and practical aspects of the transformation from a highly specialized approach to the legal function as a supporting, to a project-oriented, implemented through the introduction of new for the legal industry technological solutions and management practices. The change in approach to the legal function, transformation from narrow functionality to cross-functional and project-oriented thinking, can improve the efficiency of many business processes in any organization. The author's proposed digital model of the "sole lawyer of the company" is of most interest to in - house lawyers.
