EdTech Market is still underdeveloped but is growing very fast every year. The COVID-19 pandemic that caused lockdowns all over the world led to a big surge of interest in online learning. The rapid increase in target audience not only gave a new impetus to the development of new IT solutions in education and to invest significant capital in it, but also showed that there are still a lot of limitations in the existing approaches to online learning that should be overcome in order to meet user requirements. Additional school education became one of the most demanding niches. The current work is a part of the project aimed at developing the educational software for preparation to the Russian State Exam in Mathematics in correspondence with the specified requirements. The describing EdTech product provides the user with an adaptive learning technology represented by the step-by-step problem-solving technique, which helps the student to prepare for the exam independently, without a teacher involvement. The aim of this Master Thesis is to design and develop the user interface of the mobile application which is the main client service of the developing educational software system. This paper is an integral part of the whole project documentation and continues the previous research in the aspects of mobile application and interaction design. This document consists of two sections: the user interface design and its development within the confines of the mobile application. The result of the user interface design is the collected requirements that were fixated in the enclosed Design Specification document. The mobile application was developed in accordance with this specification. As far as potential impact from the current work is concerned, it should contribute to the achievement of the project's goal of easing the difficulties pupils face during their preparation to the Russian State Exam in mathematics.
