Assessment of the Level of Maturity and Effectiveness of Project Management at Small Enterprises in the Field of Information Technology

The objectives of the work were to quantify the relationship between project performance and the level of maturity of project management in small IT companies, as well as to write recommendations for improving project management in small IT companies. In the course of the work, the literature on this topic was analyzed, a model for assessing the level of maturity of project management for small IT companies was tested, criteria for the performance of project activities were determined, a survey of managers of small IT companies was conducted, the level of maturity of project management in small IT companies was calculated, the correlation coefficient between the level of maturity of project management and the performance of project implementation was calculated, and recommendations were written for the transition to the next level of maturity of project management.
