In the past few years, the level of digitalization has been actively growing all over the world. The introduction of new information technologies, the development of the online environment and services accelerates the typical processes of buying and selling or renting residential real estate and creates new convenient and innovative models of interaction between buyers and sellers. The purpose of the final qualifying work is to develop a prototype and requirements for improving an online housing search services based on a research of the impact of its functionality on consumer behavior in the residential real estate market. Scientific novelty lies in the research of the effectiveness of current online housing search services, a survey and analysis of the target audience of the residential real estate market and the development of a prototype, technical requirements for online services based on the results of the research. The object of the research is the residential real estate market in the offline and online space. The subject of the research is the functionality of online housing search services. Research hypothesis: the online environment actively influences on the offline space in modern society, a properly built online housing search services can get the target result - the successful completion of a transaction between a consumer and a seller in the residential real estate market.
