Personal Factors of Managers' Professional Burnout

The pandemic made adjustments to the plans of any person and this could not affect the psychological state of the leaders. Burnout already had a special place on the executive list, and in a period of even more uncertainty, this issue became even more acute. And in order to work out this factor of activity, you need to understand what personal factors are caused - this state and how to work with it.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
