This master's thesis is devoted to the development of Legaltech startups in the world and in Russia. The study reflects the stages of development of Legaltech, analyzes various directions presented in the Legaltech market. Various points of view on the prospects of development of Legaltech and its impact on the legal profession were considered and analyzed, a number of Legaltech startups in Russia and other countries were reviewed. In the practical part of the work the prospects of developing projects in the field of online legal services for standard legal cases that can be standardized to sell packaged solutions for self-promotion of the case in court were assessed.
