Today, having achieved a certain success, most entrepreneurs lose motivation for their professional activities, they become tired, emotional burnout, loss of meaning. Therefore, having identified the need and studied the leading theories in this field, I developed and implemented a program of professional development of entrepreneurs for effective self-realization.
