Construction Project Cost Management Based on BIM Technology

This study is devoted to the exploration of BIM-technology from point of managing the cost of construction projects to improve the quality of management decisions and project cost documentation. The processes of application of information modeling technology were studied on the example of the Rosatom State Atomiс Energy Corporation. Based on the results of the study, recommendations were made on the use of information models to monitor project progress with earned value management method.
