Development of an Information and Analytical System for Making Decisions on Managing an Online Store

This work presents an information-analytical decision-making system based on Omnitracker. Here were the main business processes of an online store, the problems of managing the activities of online trading were considered. A systematic analysis of distance selling activities has been carried out. A system has been introduced to support decision-making on the management of an online store. A reporting system has been developed.
