The digital revolution is reshaping the real estate industry. New uses of housing have emerged and new players have emerged. For example, a house or apartment is different in different ways, and as a result, they can be used more often. Online exchange and rental platforms have revolutionized short term rentals. This development, which has adverse consequences, cannot be addressed with the legal framework developed before the digital revolution. Therefore, it needs to be adapted to these new practices. At the same time, doing business in the housing and business market is being done by me business all the time. Rental housing for every purchase. Online companies help match supply and demand and provide a lot of information. The software that analyzes recorded transactions to estimate prices and services is constantly being improved, as is the way real estate is displayed on the Internet. This final qualifying work consists of a table of contents, an introduction, 3 chapters of the work, a conclusion, a list of references and an application. The total amount of work is 55 pages.
