Development of Recommendations for Increasing Transportation Efficiency in Supply Chains

Transportation as a logistiс process is an integral part of the modern world. One of the main reasons why the issue of improving the efficiency of the supply chain transportation process is relevant and important is the fact that companies that are faced with this process and are involved to some extent in working with transportation do not usually have the costs of this type of logistics services, less than 40% of the total cost. This work contains a theoretical basis on the topic of the optimization of transportation, as well as practical recommendations for increasing the efficiency of this business process in the company BSH.
