Family entrepreneurship plays a vital role in supporting the economies of many countries, providing up to 95% of GDP, as well as employment growth, providing at least 50% of all jobs. This phenomenon is unique and not fully understood. The main feature of the phenomenon of family entrepreneurship is manifested in its duality since it combines social and economic components. The problem of family business has become especially relevant in recent years, as a certain transitional period is taking place, when the first generation of modern entrepreneurs who started a business in the 90s began to think about successors. An important component for the further success of such companies is not only the preservation of competitive advantages in the market, but also the preservation of the foundations of the family and the improvement of intra-family relations. Consequently, a family business requires a special approach, not only from a legal, but also a psychological point of view. The aim of the research is to study the relationship between intrafamily interpersonal relationships and the success of family business. To date, the issue of family relations in business from the point of view of psychology has been little studied, so we can assume that the work will be interesting both for its theoretical and practical orientation.
