Enterprises specializing in production constantly need raw materials, raw materials to maintain the processes associated with the creation of finished products, for the maintenance of machine tools and machines, it is also necessary to always have a sufficient and externally supported supply of components for current and major repairs, and these machines themselves also need to be updated to maintain the pace of production and the competitiveness of the organization. In this regard, it is important to eliminate inefficient solutions and quickly solve problems related to procurement, thereby minimizing the costs of the enterprise, primarily financial and time. The object of research in the work is logistics of supply, together with methods of improving the efficiency of activities related to it, and the subject of the study was one of the methods of operations research: simulation modeling.
