Mastering one’s grammar skills might sound like a huge problem as modern textbooks and school syllabus are filled with tedious exercises that have nothing in common with daily speech. However, storytelling as one of the oldest ways to remember and transfer information can be used as an effective tool to develop the skill of grasping the essence of English grammar. The present paper aims to develop a set of unique speaking exercises that will make students use different English tenses at one time. In order to achieve this goal the qualitative method of analysis such as an experiment will be adopted. Participants will be chosen by non-probability sampling. By the end of our research, we hope to accomplish the task of creating an adaptable guidelines for English language tutors on how to apply storytelling on their private lessons.
