Development and Approbation of a Stress Management Training Program for Entrepreneurs

The conditions of modern reality have a negative impact on the well-being and productivity of an entrepreneur. stress in the workplace has become one of the most difficult problems that demands attention, otherwise the level of effectiveness will decrease. The aim of this work is to develop and test a training program on stress management for entrepreneurs. The first section of this study will focus on theoretical analysis of stress, its definition, common signs, symptoms, and consequences. Also will be identified recent theoretical models of work stress and the main causes of stress among entrepreneurs. The second section of this work will demonstrate thу results of marketing analysis that was conducted to identify target audience and their needs, that are required to achieve the goal of this study- develop a stress management training program for entrepreneurs, containing both personal development techniques and techniques aimed at organizing a stress-free work space for company employees.
