Development and Market for a Project in Self-Education

The purpose of this work is to develop a project in the field of self-education and prepare it for entering the market. The first chapter contains analysis of the self-learning field, market analysis, analysis of existing solutions in the market and description of the idea. The second chapter contains analysis and segmentation of the target audience, the results of problem interviews and quantitative survey and a consumer profile and value proposition development. The third chapter contains a description of the project vision, marketing plan and sales funnel, financial model, business model, MVP development and a project roadmap and risk description. The fourth chapter contains a description of the functional requirements for the service, the choice of the DBMS, the choice of technologies for client and server-side development and user interfaces development.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

Summaries of all theses must be published and made freely available on the HSE website.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. After a thesis is published on the HSE website, it obtains the status of an online publication.

Student theses are objects of copyright and their use is subject to limitations in accordance with the Russian Federation’s law on intellectual property.
