Development of Recommendations for Increasing the Efficiency of Inventory Management in Supply Chains

This work examines the issue of improving the efficiency of inventory management. Each organization regardless of the scope and scale of its activities considers that the formulation of the aim of minimizing costs is necessary for running an economically successful business. One of the important functions that determines the quality of the supply chain and affects the financial condition of the organization is inventory management. The purpose of this article is a theoretical study of inventory management and the practical development of recommendations for the improvement of the efficiency of its organization at the enterprise. As a result, the list of recommendations proposed in this article can be used by the company to improve the efficiency of inventory management and to optimize the placement of stocks in the warehouse to minimize time and money costs.
