Recommendations for Developing Mega-Clusters Based on the Comparative Analysis of Zhongguancun Technology Hub and Moscow Innovation Cluster

By comparing cluster initiative of Moscow innovation cluster and Zhongguancun, combined with relevant concepts and theories, and summarizied a large number of relevant literature and reports, then puts forward some suggestions for the development of mega-clusters through comprehensive analysis and thinking.
