This work is devoted to the study of the motivational profile of the professional activity of hospital teachers (employees of schools located on the territory of hospitals within the framework of the "We Learn to Know" project). The study will allow us to talk about what type of motivation for the professional activity of hospital teachers (taking into account the length of service, the style of pedagogical activity and the strategy of behavior in a situation of uncertainty) is the most productive for the involvement and efficiency of his work in hospital schools. This work has a direct practical application for working with teachers in the opening of new hospital schools "We Learn to Know" and working with teachers in existing schools.
