Research and Development of Effective Startup Management Tools in Russian Multi-industry Accelerators

The issue of the Master's dissertation involves the research and development of Effective Startup Management Tools in Russian Multi-industry Accelerators. In the first chapter, the theoretical and methodological aspects of the management of startups are considered, which make it possible to identify the criteria for the success of startups and to determine the mathematical model for evaluating the effectiveness of startup management in accelerators. The second chapter of the Master's dissertation reflects the results of a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the management of Multi-industry accelerators in Russia, as well as an assessment of their effectiveness provided by using the mathematical model. The results of the study allowed us to: 1. Identify effective startup management tools used in the top-5 interviewed Multi-industry Russian accelerators. 2. Compare project management practices in Russian accelerators with traditional project management methodologies Pmbok, Prince2. 3. Make recommendations for managing startups based on the Russian experience.
