Organizational Factors of Employee Engagement

The relevance of the topic lies in the insufficient knowledge of the influence of various organizational factors on engagement, as well as in the increased attention from the HR function to this phenomenon during the 2020 pandemic. The aim of the study was the theoretical substantiation and establishment (definition) of the priority organizational factors that influence the employee engagement in the banking sector. The practical result was the development of recommendations based on research to increase employee engagement.
