Analysis of the Efficiency Factors of the Sberbank Ecosystem

The dissertation work examines the prospects for the development of business ecosystems in Russia, as well as analyzes the factors affecting the efficiency of the Sberbank business ecosystem. The traditional industry boundaries of the market are actively changing under the global digitalization, the second wave of the fourth industrial revolution is rolling around. Actively massive business ecosystems that are moving away from vertically integrated organizations and diversified solutions based on fast technology. To implement the set goal of researching a system of interrelated tasks: to study the type of business ecosystem of the solution, to determine its strengths and weaknesses, to analyze the analytical challenges of the Sberbank business ecosystem, to identify its trends and factors affecting effective development. As a result of a series of qualitative data, a model of ecosystem functioning has been built, which is structured into four main sections: value proposition, ecosystem profit model, technological potential and ecosystem value network. Further, the variables were identified that can characterize the potential directions of development of the business ecosystem.
