Development of a Competitive Strategy for the "MP" Company in the Context of High Uncertainty of the External Environment

In this paper, the external and internal environment of the MP company in the wholesale trade of pool equipment is considered. The aim of the thesis is to develop a competitive strategy for the company MP in the conditions of high uncertainty of the external environment. During the micro-and macro-environment analysis of the company, as well as the internal analysis of the organization, the most appropriate strategy for the company was developed. The structure of this work includes three chapters. The first chapter contains theoretical aspects on the topic of strategic management, discusses the main competitive strategies, as well as hybrid strategies that are popular today. The second chapter includes a strategic analysis of the wholesale pool equipment industry in Russia. This chapter contains the application of the main strategic tools for analyzing the external environment in order to determine the key factors of success in the competition. The third chapter contains an analysis of the internal environment of the MP organization , which concludes with recommendations and a competitive strategy based on the analyses carried out in the work.
