HR data, that is used for HR-analytics purposes, represents a significant amount of data generated within an organization as it operates. Modern researchers do not distinguish HR-data data from organizational data, however they admit that HR-analytics is currently not capable of achieving the level of efficiency that organizations expect from it. This paper states that HR-analytics is still not an independent and significant player in the life of an organization because of the problem of collecting, processing and storing the HR-data that makes possible to make high-quality decisions. The aim of this study is to create a model for effective work with HR-data, which implies an attempt to achieve synergy of theoretical and practical research. Thus it would be possible to create a model that, in whole or in some of its parts, could be applied for enhancing HR-analytics efficiency in different organizations.
