Development of System Strategic Project Management in The Case of Russian Institute for Development

The thesis is devoted to the study of the question of compliance of the project activities of Russian development institutions with the achievement of the Russian’s development goals. The study included the creation of a unified graphical model of the strategic project management system, the study of the project activities of the Russian development Institute in terms of project selection in relation to the Russian’s development goals. The paper proposes criteria for the project selection that would integrate the project activities of development institutions in achieving the Russian’s development goals.
