Development of the Concept of Cafeteria Benefits (On the Example of a Russian Telecommunications Company)

In the master's thesis, theoretical issues are considered, which make it possible to more clearly define the concept of "social package", determine its place in the system of aggregate remuneration, and also consider approaches to the formation of flexible benefits. The second chapter of the work describes the characteristics of the telecom company which were studied, tools for conducting empirical research (survey, focus groups), and also provides a description of the developed social package.
